This program is free to download and use.  It is designed to help the RSM end user launch Resource Standard Metrics at a specified time of day or day of the week.  This task can be accomplished via a UNIX cron job, however the Windows Task manager supplied with Windows has difficulties launching command line programs.  M2 Launcher makes this task simple and easy!
